Shareholder Rights
Just before the close of the market today, PTEK release a shareholder rights message. In essence it states. One share of one share of preferred stock will issued for each share of common stock held as of July 6.
Anyone care to comment. Is this a possible dilution or juts to insure they will not be bought at the current price????
