The AMA subsequently contacted Chromatics requesting information about their test. Since learning that it is non-invasive, the AMA is not recommending code 82250 for this product. The test has currently been given a "miscellaneous code" 84999, which represents all unlisted chemistry procedures. The earliest possible review of a proposal for the addition of a code specific to a non-invasive procedure to estimate total bilirubin would be in November 1998. No proposal has been made for a new code.

max, why is your timeframe important? If you change it to "in the last 9 months" there are significant insider sales. Why that is significant is because it came after FDA approval but before THE DEAL. If the insiders really thought that THE DEAL would generate significant revenue, why were they selling? Taking the snapshot that optimises the situation to your opinion is disingenuous to say the least.

Hey, check this post out for a definitive answer to your question!

The fact that shares were dumped before 3 or 6 months from todays's date is irrelevant. You can't blame them. Wouldn't you bail out if you knew the market was overstated, a distributor was not in the bag, there was no manufacturing plan and no earnings? Of course this is just my opinion, but 34 sales in the last year and no buys makes one wonder what their motives are. It also makes one wonder what the non-reporting fellow travellers who are so close to the CCSI management have been doing with their shares. Of course we will never know.
