GWM- You'ld need to check the indenture - but you're probably right - there is likely a protection mechanism in there for the convertible bond holders. Especially considering the cheap cost of the money. I remembered that this morning and thanks for pointing it out. My comments about the Company needing to consider a long range discounted projected earnings model for analyzing share repurchases remain valid. They should be purchasing stock at these levels.
