Scott, Just want to say that I agree with your theory. Y2K will soon generate FEAR in the general global population. GREED will not be far behind in the market. The average small investor (the largest growth area in the U.S. stock market) who doesn't ever look at a chart or call a company will take their brokers advice to take profits on their Internet positions and buy into this sector. The runup which ended in the Spring did not include this very large Herd of buyers. They will be in for the second round. IMHO.
