They did a secondary at 36 or so, and that was dilutive. Now doing a convert, and that's dilutive, too.

Karl- I think $deal is a great positive. I hear everyone is looking for value priced, smaller, core technology network companies. Why not MRV? They work with companies I have never heard of. Their buys have been very shrewd. Xyplex already looks very exciting, Fibronics was a big win. I think they can do it again. I was worried that mgmt needed the deal, and it was cancelled. Now I'm worried, but just because I worry. If MRV stops growing, game over. If MRVC ever needed effective pr- now is the time! Richard
