Not sure what to think...

Probably a scam. I usually don't take these things seriously. But then, I'm not a popular Internet Investment personality like you, maybe you get better quality information than I do <g>.

I really appreciate TMEX's candor in just posting the letter and letting us decide. No hype, just make up your own mind.

I am watching this toward the close here, but looks solid. If it continues strong, we are contemplating a position on this one... looks okay and could be really good.

Here's another interesting piece of info -- The EM states that IMAX sued SHOW over the IWERKS deal -- then dropped the suit only after it became obvious that IMAX was the dominate player in the field. This explanation makes little sense to me -- IMAX and its lawyers knew they were dominate from the start -- they knew this info would come before the court at trial -- it could have been a harassment suit -- but I doubt it. What's interesting is the timing of IMAX's dropping of the suit in the first place. IMAX dropped its suit a few weeks after Providence Capital (Major IWERKS shareholder) announced its opposition to the IWERKS take over and began organizing a NO vote on the deal -- putting SHOW back in play.
So either IMAX dropped the suit because they felt they no longer had to waste their time in court -- Or IMAX decided its best not to be in the middle of a court battle with a company that you are about to take over.

Again I think the merits of the overall EM are real -- but either there is some misdirection included in it to throw people off the scent -- or the poster knows something is up -- but isn't as close to the action as he/she would like us to think.

No way IMAX woke up one day and said -- Geez the court is gonna find out we are big -- so lets drop this puppy before they find out --

Much more likely IMAX said lets drop the suit and take this sucker out cheap (read $$$$ for SHOW shareholders ). In fact given the cost of litigation and the price of SHOW stock it could be argued that it would be cheaper to buy SHOW instead of paying a bunch of lawyers -- double
