I'm not sure that I have ever seen a press release to announce a debt offering without it saying in the press release what the funds are needed for or intended to be used for.The timing of this deal raises suspicion to me.I believe the company starts another quiet period on June 27 unless they change their earnings release date. They keep saying they are looking at ways to enhance shareholder value but nothing they do seems to enhance shareholder value.I'm afraid mrvc may be trading where it is for a good reason and unfortunately for me I don't know what that reason is. I added to my position yesterday, shares I intended on using as trading shares;I only hope that I can make a few bucks on them now. Mike

Mr. P began shorting MRVC at about 24, then later LIED and said he began shorting at 28. He was still shorting it at under 22, and he hasn't covered yet, so he hasn't made much. During this same period he could have shorted HWP or any number of other tech stocks and made a bundle. It's so weird that he brags so much about picking the wrong stock to short. Dana
