Jeff: Just an opinion, I think both companies wanted a broader field of income than was representative if they stood alone. Semi has a small income bass but healthy. REPT is larger but their P/E is 2o and fully valued base on conservative numbers. Semi is undervalued but has low visibility to investors. I'm sorry my view on trading is to make short term investments with 25% return when it's there. A dollar in hand is worth more than 2 in the bush. .......Phil........
