You are exactly right Ken. Unfortunately in today's world the "best product" does not always prevail. Beta format is a great example...as are Packard Bell computers (an example of the opposite effect). Too many people are sitting back (at FTEL and on this board) and saying "we have the best product", "just be patient", etc. It's not that simple, IMHO. The window of opportunity gets narrower and narrower each and every day. The titans of the field are interested big time... FTEL does not have the luxury of sitting around waiting for a market to develop.
