Alistair,
'like you said, they can only sell those shares on upticks , and only in incremental fashion, 10% at a time. Remember, during the halt the clock was stopped, add to that the filing time with the SEC, 90 days, and it gives us plenty of time to get all the shares in Name and pull off the squeeze!
