Russell 3000 Additions

I haven't scrubbbed the list below, but will shortly. These are tenatively being added and are notable in their sectors. Inclusion in the Russel 1000 and 2000 generally brings a price increase as following funds buy in to match their portfolios to the index. Anything that pops too much from being added generally corrects down in about 2 weeks to whereever it started at. The reverse happens for the ones removed from the list.

Hi...by way of intro, I'm a newbie to SI & Market Gems and love this thread!

FWIW, I got into the RMBS July 45's yesterday at 2. I don't know the scoop on RMBS but unless I miss my guess, the volatility isn't over. As such, I executed a step in strangle by purchasing an equivalent # of July 50 puts at 1 7/8 this a.m.

Jenna, just logged onto to SI and saw your posts, that you took profits off the table already. Good going.

I misgauged the momentum in RMBS yesterday, forgot that the big boys need a few days to load up ... and about the technical buying and the short covering that would occur when RMBS closed at its 200-day mav.

RMBS would still be a good trade/investment on pullback to the 5-day ema. The stock will not move based on earnings, it will move based on valuation of revenues the institutions think the RMBS standard can generate.
