<<Management CANNOT control the stock price. >>
Wrong, there are many examples of companies doing things to strengthen thier stock price. For example the company I work for hired a top level IBM exec and the stock price went up 10%. They announced job cuts, another 10%. They aggressively market products with hoopla, analysts conferences and financial projections and commitments.
The compare the benefits of our products over the competition. They specifically target competition in the market, etc. etc. etc.

As far as selling I am enthusiastic about the products and hope that a shake up at the top will restore the perceived leadership of the company. I don't understand why you coddle the top management that has, through neglect, halved the value of this company in 45 days.

Furthermore, as a shareholder I have the right to voice rather than sell. Selling is a method of voicing opinion and that method is being opted for by many shareholders.

Alex,

Alex: If they run the business things will be fine in the long run. Eventually the price will follow the earnings.

The price did not follow last earnings. Actually it did for a few days. Would you agree that management needs institutions to buy into TDFX and its future? The fund managers would need to buy to pull weight.

Earnings with an OEM deal with pre-meetings with fund managers ready to by will bring TDFX back to its true level.
