Hi Jon,

This is far from crtm, I truly believe they have turned this company around so much so that I will be buying more myself and the people I manage money for.

Thinking long term here!!!!!

No. The terms are for Convertible Preferred Shares. The total financing package would be convertible into a MAXIMUM of 4,000,000 common shares based on the acquisitions currently under negotiations.

Hate to be skeptical, but didn't they just replace floorless debentures with more
floorless debentures?

Hey, I just read another post!

If your talking about any type of floorless convertible I'm out tomorrow!!!!!! I only take 50% losses in options....I've never taken 100% on a stock and never will! Or anything close to that!

I better have a talk with Tim.

Hey...this is great! The one day I look at the stock it folds! If what I'm looking at I just had my first 100% loss on a stock! It's a good thing it was pocket change!
