Thanks for your view.
I see your point, but as you know every company needs to have an IR to answer shareholder calls. This is a part of their PR that somehow (IMHO) reflects into a very small percentage of the share value. Yes, the 800 number may be costly, but I feel it is a part of the PR expense.
