Hi Kevin!

In calling attention to the fact that the insider trade you referred to was on May 22, over a month ago, my motive was to make sure that this old information did not have an impact on the current value of VocalTec.
Of interest to you may be a copy of an email I sent to
Yahal Zilka CFO with whom I am in occasional contact. Please note that this was sent on June 3 and in response to a previous post containing this information on SI.

Kindest regards,
Don

Dear Yahal:

SI posted that Alan Cohen, 6 Yakinton St. just dumped 42,500 share of
VocalTec which has now lowered the price to 14.5. With 40,000 shares of my own I don't know what to do and I would appreciate your advice. I note that Shlomi Cohen still has 400 shares in his portfolio. So, I assume he still has confidence in voclf. I would greatly appreciate your present prediction about the future of VocalTec. Since they paid 20 I am surprised that DT or some other large company doesn't buy at 14.5. I note that scitex just bought back some of their stock when they thought it was cheap. Does VocalTec have that kind of confidence in their stock?
Kindest regards,
Don
