As a Private Investor:I have a lot of thoughts on this and I do not see it except a deperate attent to get control back to lift the stop transfers that are presently active. Working on it as fast as I can so give me some time here. No I cannot find anyone who attended such a meeting, No one I can find knows if Dan is back in the US, no 10k or shareholder call has been submitted to the SEC, nothing about that release can be proven nor was the attorney's name mentioned nor was the release by the attorney, there is an anwsering service that knows nothing also, Messages will be retrieved and I guess Dan will get to talk to shareholders. Interesting ... I am trying to get in touch with Mark or anyone of the board memebers and John is the only one I have been successful with. Wayne Duke has always been n the board so Wayne would have had to be at the alleged meeting. Hopefully I will have an offical statement from Mark soon all I have presently is nothing except a news release from Dan who has stop transfers on his and his affiliates holdings. GB GB
