gersh

reporter saying MSFT appeals court says court erred substantively and procedurely

notice
consent decree
removed special master (court says equivalent to surrogate judge)
and some other things

ruling 2 to 1

this will clearly go back to court
but note that the appellate court said there were substantive errors

I have been thinking about this liquidity theory of yours

so when you see the Fed add liquidity
what is the average time frame for a rise on that

and have you tried to figure out what no action does
and how long for a decline if Fed drains liquidity

CNBC shows the Fed action every day...with Ted David saying stuff like
X marks the spot....of course he has to try to do SOMETHING different when reporting news

-----
btw Fed added liquidity today according to the CNBC report

INDEX UPDATE
--------------------

Mentioned earlier that a KEY to watch is the technical underpinnings.
The NEW HIGH/NEW LOWS just went into positive territory and volume is increasing.

Is this a quirk or the beginning of something positive.

I am still negative to the market but am watching the internals very carefully with caution.
