Reuters is an edited service, which means that they (reporter and editor) decide what is important and what is not. BusinessWire and PR Newswire, on the other hand, are prepaid services over which any organization can send any (reasonable) release for a fee. I would hope that TSIS is FAXing copies of their releases to the major news services, including Reuters. I'll discuss it next time I talk with them.
