*****off topic*****
baby back ribs....no chloresteral
How is that possible? Is there no fat too?
Incidentally I heard on the news today that Americans are sick and tired of dieting and being told about the dangers of fat and are going back into buttery fatty foods in a big way. The price of butter is consequently going up 30-40% because of demand, and ice cream, pastry etc etc prices will be going up too.

Always dieting.

Rosemary,

There is more than one County Line...I've never been to the one you can access by boat. If you go north on 183 (away from downtown) and exit on 360 (Capital of Texas Highway,) take a LEFT (over 183) and drive until you come to 2222..exit and take a left. The County Line is nestled against a small creek and wooded area about three blocks in.

The ribs (especially BIG DADDY) are great..but the "sampler platter" isn't a bad way to go either.

I've gotta' stop...I'm starting to drool on my keyboard.
