Howard: Thanks for the update.
I agree with you, except the time frame.
I see no reason for the weakness in price, but it's there, and it can't be denied.
IMO you will see things happen a lot faster than you expect.

I for one, am glad they are doing a JV on the well (no more debt).

One question, was that 85 gallons or barrels per day from Borcher #1?
