I think some on this thread have used knowledge that they thought was fact but could at best be called wishful thinking...First we all lean on Fisher to make us rich,then we cast him out on the word of others. Then Spriggs is the next big hero, then he craps on himself and hits the road. Then we hinge our hopes on the lawyer now he is looking down for the count. Where will it stop. First I have set here for weeks and watched Gary posts information that there was a warrant for Fisher and then he softened up, because there could not be any verification for that statement. Then there is all the talk of him hiding out and cars for sale and maybe TINY would like to visit with him. Get real people none of you have a clue what state your investment is in. This problem is way over everyone's head, this is a internal fight with the people in charge. It may or may not have a thing to do with patents, deals or DF-144. If we are lucky it is a good sign that they are fighting for who is in charge when things get going good. ( Don't hold your breath ), but maybe. Everyone should shut up the badmouthing of this person or that person until it is PROVEN who is a trouble maker and who was not.

I actually think that this is a very good sign. Follow me on this... It is a sign of desparation. It means that IF he was successful in getting ANY money from his actions, it was a small amount. Think about it, If you had 500k, you could retire in the Bahamas and make a very nice income with conservative investments (remember no taxes to speak of) -or- The Bahamian government and or firms want nothing to do with him or his until he clears all matters I'd bet the former.
