I love it when people make predictions

I could care less if they are right or wrong
I just like to see what they are thinking and why they are thinking it

btw, interesting the Japan is talking tax hike right before an election

does he think this will help him get elected or what????

<...developing in the JYU8 contract>

Perhaps so, but I think the DJIA appears strong because it lagged yesterday.

This looks like a slow upward grind over the rest of the week to me. A pullback, then a bit higher, a pullback, et cetera.

The 15 minute and 45 minute charts show higher highs, higher lows. The shorter ones are not as clear but the impetus appears to suggest a move to the mid 30 range on SP8U by late tomorrow or Thursday to my way of thinking.

The PM selloffs have become routine in that I think there is some caution ahead of overseas trading and the resultant uncertainty. The Rivlin remarks yesterday were a nice trigger but even if CNBC went off the air late in the day a pullback was imminent due to caution, I believe.
