NOVL block trades

The first trade at 10:47 was for 104,000 shares at 12 13/16ths at the bid price. However I saw an 'irregular trade canceled' at 10:48 for the same amount of shares. I assume that means that the previous trade was canceled. Correct me if I'm wrong.

At 11:25 another 100,000 shares went at bid 12 13/16ths. I don't see anything particularly bullish about this. It looks like Novell buying. What would be bullish would be a series of 10Ks at ask moving up the stock price in the traditional manner.

But the MM's have he stock in snail mode.
