I currently do not own any shares. I am however interested in owning some. I will be waiting on the reverse split on the 30th. I imagine the price will drop after the split , too. I believe this because it is the normal outcome of a reverse. Human nature just make some people bail out.

I have seen bankrupt shells with no news or game plan sell for 10 times what AGTI is selling for right now. At least agti still has potential.

Look at megh. Nothing is happening, no one to contact to find out what's going on, yet it ran as hi as 28 cents last month, and it is bankrupt.

Look at Gzon. Bankrupt, No leadership in management, no plans, yet it went to 25 cents a while back???

So AGTI has some bingo software that they are trying to get out there, and they are having difficulties getting the financing.

A company with a new product, is having trouble getting financing, gee that sounds familiar, where have I heard that before??

oh yes, I hear it everyday, it is normal. Financing is the hardest thing to smooze out of banks and venture capitalists. If you believe that the management has the rhino stance to keep charging forward to get the financing , then you have nothing to worry about.

I think they will eventually get it. I think in the short term the price is going to get hammered. I think in the short term, I'll be able to buy at rediculously low prices. I think in the long run, the financing will be in place, and the product will get to market. I've seen it happen so many times.

In the end, I think the ones who buy now, will be very happy (yes it may take a year or two) who cares if it takes a while. If the post split price drops to 4 or 5 cents like I think it will, and it takes a year or two to reach $1, oh well, bonds don't get you 2500% now do they.
