LEN..As I said I'm bullish on LEN. It had a nice 20% surprise last quarter and it gained nicely. It's a 'stronger' buy than KBH and more analysts following with strong buys. BUT... One thing of concern was when it was upgraded on the 17 of June.. it went up nicely but proceeded to tank for the next few days. That was out of character for that stock, nevertheless I think that LEN has in comparison with KBH a stronger improved quarter than last one but it's relative strength has been broken while that of KBH is on a 2 week relative strength high. Both KBH and LEN are clearly value stocks are are undervalued at 30ish. Value indicators price it at 45 with a 17% increase projected in the next 3-5 years versus a 13% increase for KBH. If I were holding the options of that company instead of KBH I'd hold until the trend reversed...as for holding through earnings it's a safer bet than holding RMBS through earnings. But that's just my opinion.
