Re: Cisco going alone. Most excellent! At a minimum this will fuel speculation that 3COM will be talking to NORTEL; Ericsson; Siemens; etc. In the end COMS is too consumer focused - with all the negative earnings/gross margin implications - to stand alone in the long run. If Cisco were to start forging discussions/merger with a player I believe COMS price would drop significantly. Whew! Sure is hot waiting for these earnings! Kind Regards, MArk
