Dee Jay, With the end of the quarter upon us and if they were going to hit their numbers the whole offering seems DUMB.Perhaps they are finishing up a terrible quarter and want to raise the capital before the stock really tanks.

I think it is safe to say from my conversations with Dr. Ravnoy that the money won't be used to buy Madge, Lannet or Plaintree. About all he would say is that they expect to have revenues around 1 billion dollars per year in 2-3 years and that acqusition would be needed along the way.He also said that they were working on a full blown Dense WDM system that will hopefully be ready in about 1 year.
