Hawkeye - How is it "hard to reconcile how the strategic relationships would work" with GE as the parent of Ballard? GE has been in the power generation for many decades and has worldclass research and development facilities. It is also one of the best managed and most aggressive companies in the world... IMO the research and technical resources of GE would greatly speed up the commercialization of fc technology. This is something, one would presume, Ballard's current partners are most interested in. Bottomline, IMO, GE makes the partners richer, faster. For the stockholders, instead of entering BLDPF on the stock quote lookup, you enter GE. So what?
