Your guesses on oil after the OPEC meeting is over. Got some DAL Aug 125 puts that are running my way. Take a quick profit or hang on?

<<SEATTLE, June 23 (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp stock jumped more than 3 percent and hit a record high after a federal court ruled in its favor Tuesday morning.

A U.S. appeals court overturned an injunction affecting the software giant's Windows 95 operating system.

Microsoft was up 3-1/2 at 99-5/16, after touching an all-time high of 99-7/8, on nearly 18 million shares traded by early afternoon.

''Obviously, it's being treated as a positive,'' said Tom Berquist of Piper Jaffray.

But analysts said the ruling would have little impact on the new antitrust case filed against Microsoft that is set for trial in September. That case is a consolidated suit on the compalints filed by U.S. Department of Justice and the attorneys general of 20 states.>>

Internet story has been posted 3 times in last 24 hours and now the second time for this one. Am I getting paranoid? What's going on? Are these good contrary indicators?
