Nemer, a third piece of the thing-a-ma-jig kicks in in about 25 minutes if there is still sideways action until then.

This rarely happens and I don't have sufficeient data on it to make a educated call.

So, an un-educated call would be a bounce past 1126 (SP8U) within 15 minutes after 2 ET.

OT

I'm a bit of an imp, so I guess I'm an imposter.

Looks like the DOW rally may finally be stalling and headed lower towards the close. It has failed to get back to the top of the days trading range at 8800. A break below 8780 will confirm a move lower. Rising oil prices, a sagging Yen and over extended NAZ should give to a move lower.

Wayde.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

there is a reason that phrase came to fruition......

btw, one kind of toughness doesnt mean it is more or less tough than another kind of toughness

its all relative

i think some lawyers might say it is unfair that they cant drive their Mazda to work while an autoworker can drive his Mazda to work

btw, alot of those auto workers make more than the lawyers who are giving them free legal advice(after 19 years of schooling and alot of school debt) and they dont get paid overtime even though they work it

and last time I heard they have some kind of deal that the autoworker lawyers have to work 9 months before they are eligible for some kind of union or contract or something...and there is ALOT of turnover in these offices... coincidentally it seems to run about every 9 months and in between....

either it is a tough job and people quit
or they arent very good at hiring
or....hmmmmm.....they dont want the lawyers to get a contract...

I have no idea which it is...but it is an interesting thing to watch how the ads come through ALL the time for these small legal offices with just a few lawyers who work there...
