I am also one of the defendants in the Solomon case.
I no longer have any connection to the University,
(other than being represented by them relative to this suit.)
or to Microvision (other than as a stockholder).

For those of you worried about this, let me assure you that
the Solomon complaint is completely and obviously without merit.
I am unconcerned to the point of stocking up on warrents last week,
after I had already read the complaint. I was debating whether
or not to mention it to the group, when Rick went ahead and broke
the ice.

If Mr. Solomon is contemplating an IPO, he will quickly find that
being involved in lawsuits will not make his life any easier.
Hopefully he will realize this and stop wasting his time as well
as ours.

[Mr. Solomon apparently acts pro se (as his own lawyer)]

Evidently, as his own html designer, as well. Yuk!

I believe one of his claims must have stemmed from sighting Elvis through his head mounted display.

:))

Hey, Rick, pretty good on the Latin! I used the same lawyer --- once :)

I believe there is a saying that he who represents himself in a law suite has a fool for his counsel.

It also may be that no reputable attorney (there are some) would take his case so he has been left to represent himself.
