I am glad to hear of your CIO's confidence in NCA & of ORCL's cont'd growth. I hope he is correct.

Notwithstanding, The Street is divided on this one, & if anything has adopted a wait'n see attitude towards ORCL. As such, it provides a significant buying opportunity for the faithful. I hope your CIO is loading up -- you know -- putting his money where his "long talking" is.

Unfortunately, your CIO does not control the vasts amount of capital that literally control the price of this stock. His vision needs to be convincingly communicated to the large institutional holders of this stock. Only then will we see some nice price movement. JMO.

PS What do you mean by "But MSFT is losing the Win98 battle?"
