GTMI has enough going for it (the pending merger & acqusition) to make this risky investment a good buy.

I am always attracted to companys with million dollar expected cash flow.

IMO, if the merger and acquisition are both successfully completed, then we make immediate money (IMO, dollar share price).

If the merger doesn't happen but the acquisition does, we still make money because to the new cash flow.

Again, this one is risky but could pay off big in the next 3 to 4 months.
