Clint,Re"ITWO"

I don't know. The stock has been weak all day today and this is earnings warning season. I'd be careful,

Later,

Clint or anyone.. on CSCO. Just thinking out loud about how CSCO recently made overatures to NT and/or LU to work together and were essentially turned down. The market has taken this as a short term positive, but I'm trying to think in contrary terms. Does CSCO need to expand its product base to continue to expand, or to merge out a competitor that it couldn't buy? Is business weaker after this quarter or were they acting out of greater strength. It just seems a little out of character. Comments..?

Clint, thanks for remembering me. Yes I'm pretty happy with msft right now, though I am wondering how serious is the 100 resistance line. So far it looks pretty tough to break, and I'm wondering if I should sell some Jul 100 calls and then buy then back in a few days cheaper. I noticed that I am much much better at timing my buys then my sells. I knew when msft was cheap and bought at the right time. However, I can't seem to get the knack of timing my sells correctly. It seems like it always runs up after I sell, or if I don't sell (like now) then it runs down. I think I need to learn the art of scaling out of positions. Do you do that or do you sell everything at the same time? Nasdaq has been on fire for the last week. I wonder if it will take a breather starting tomorrow for a few days.
I got suckered into buying a tiny obscure NYSE stock-ufc a few months ago. It's been an education. The volume in this stock is very low and the "specialists" play games with it that would make the big boys in Nasdaq proud. I seem to single handedly have caused a brief collapse in the stock by trying to sell some covered calls on it. I can't make the stock go up, but apparently I can make it go down. It's kind of fun. I take back some of the nice things I said about NYSE vs Nasdaq.
Do you think we are in a repeat of last summer where the market will just go up and up for a month straight or will it be a more normal bull market rally with pullbacks in between the rallies?
We were both right on on calling the start of this summer bull market.
