My understanding from reading the releases and RMGG's info on their web page is that Kettle was a founder of RMGG and had the 5 million restricted shares. This transaction is simply Kettle selling the 5 million shares to Litchfield. I would not be surprised though if Litchfield has been or will purchase additional shares to have a majority ownership in RMGG. It has already been made clear that Litchfield is getting to place members on the Board of RMGG. I would be very interested to know what Litchfield paid for the restricted shares of Kettle.
