Dragonfly, The Q+A hardcopy of the questions asked at the annual meeting quote Mr. Schwartz's as saying the success ratio of the Zenit is about 89%. Additionally, as someone has previously pointed out, the LOR engineers are going to be looking over a lot of Russian shoulders. I would tend to believe this without knowledge of the matter. Does anyone know that when you contract a launch do you have the rights to review the technicals? Or are you simply forced to rely on the expertise of those with whom you have contracted? John
