Is anyone using Norton Anti-Virus 4.0 and/or Norton Utilities 3.0 and not having any trouble.

I have both of these (NAV 4.0 and NU 3.0) running with QP and QPV. I did have problems with Norton 2.0 and QPV.

mcafee V-shield working. I quit using norton products years ago because of conflicts with other software.
