I haven't looked into it but the "Q" designates it as a stock trading in bankruptcy. In that case you just have to track it down and take a look at the reorg plan filed with the court and whether competing plans have also been filed. If it fails, bankruptcies make good shells - the BK process cleans them up quite a bit. Have to be cautious about shareholder lawsuits, though. That risk doesn't go away for three years (seven, if fraud was involved.) Let us know what else you find out.
