Look folks, math aside, this company's problems are due to their inability to attract institutional investors. Is PRU going to get them more holders of the common shares or are they just going to sell bonds and handle the conversions when the stock is above 27? I would guess that they will sell bonds, take the money, sit on their butts and trade. Management has really pissed me off on this one. They are the smartest people technically I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with...and they are the dumbest Board of Directors I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with thus far in my career. I was told directly by Zev the deal would not be done down here and I awoke to a different yet substantial deal. They, by their own admission, do not need the money but are building a war chest to take on the big boys. We all knew they would have to do this eventually...but why now? Why after their deal at 35 3/4 was a complete flop. But at the same time the pinks of the world are wrong. In one to two years this company will be huge. Too bad I was expecting sooner. Accounting irregularities...give me a break. As I've always said these guys have the opposite problem they are too honest.
