William, Vic, and all: I realize that the 144's are plans to sell, etc. I was just posting the fact that Franklin did pop up on the "Troubled Company" report, which perhaps is an error on their part, but not on mine. I still am very concerned that FTEL not miss the opportunity that is here now. I have posted this a few times in the past. It is difficult to 'break into the club' so to speak. Even when you have the best technology, the big guys are going to stall you until they catch up. Then you are history. The longer FTEL delays in gaining market share and recognition, the more serious a problem it will become. I think management is fighting a valiant fight and have no problem with how the company is being managed. Perhaps Seth has a point about PR, however. Another timely risk factor is the overall market situation. If Japan does a true melt-down, it will affect markets worldwide, including our own. Such a deflation period would not bode well for small companies such as FTEL.

WH:

So you are saying that the only REQUIRED filing is the 144? The rest are optional?

Interesting.
