Thanks for the update JJB. I cannot believe how people and firms keeping pulling tricks to keep us tied up in bankruptcy as long as possible. We are going to get out of the courts one of these days. The judge will only put up with so many tricks I am sure. I am looking forward to moving on in the direction the company has indicated it will go. Mike

According to Court document No. 11-97-14361 the amended disclosure statement filed by Solv-Ex was approved on June 23rd. Solv-Ex must send out copies of the approved reorg plan to all creditors, security holders, SEC, for voting purposes. To be mailed by June 29th. July 24th is the last day to submit acceptances or rejections of the plan. A hearing to consider the CONFIRMATION OF THE PLAN will be held on July 29th. _________________________________________________ David
