Great, instead of inefficient 0.35um chips, we'll get boatloads more 0.21um chips. Just what the doctors ordered for this oversupply situation.

DJ, Very interesting that they didn't try to match the NEC .18 um fabs. But still, a sign that everyone is planning to kick much more DRAM out the door so they can really make this downcycle the Big Kahuna.
