David that was released this morning and if you look at the chart you can see when it was released..no doubt that were ALOT of block buys from institutions...hmmmm....will we now see upgrades???? and they had Nukom on CNBC this afternoon... although the more that it is talked about and bandied about to the public..the more the public may buy in...
