Well, we probably shouldn't get into a credentials shouting
match, eh? What's important are the fundamental
supportable ideas behind it.

However, if that sort of thing is important and you
want to compare, my first software development job was
over 30 years ago; PhD; ten years university computer science
faculty including 4 years as department head; rest of
career in as software development including now;
write more languages than I can count. Big deal.

Does that make me right in a discussion? Well, I haven't
come by my opinions casually nor from the outside looking
at stereotypes. But that of course doesn't make me
correct. Still, it makes for some pretty strong opinions
formed over many years of careful observation, which my
experience bears out and I believe are supportable.

BUT I'm wondering if we haven't gone way too far for
this forum. Perhaps you should take the last shout
and then we carry the shouting match (and credential
battle) elsewhere <G>.

I checked the SAPS software but couldn't find a price
anywhere, so shelved it temporarily.
