Just that overall, competition has been heating up...they have more competitors now than ever before, and more people are questioning the quality of MSFT products. Speaking for myself, I rarely heard anyone question MSFT's role in consumer markets as recently as 3-4 years ago. All of a sudden, I have friends who didn't touch a PC before going out and buying something OTHER THAN MSFT products "just because" they don't like MSFT's "monopoly".
I am not a MSFT basher. I use their products, like them (but also understand their weaknesses) and have them at home, too. But I also have come to realize that I have purchased zero MSFT products in recent memory, and they tend to be the last ones I look at when I am purchasing.
I own MSFT stock, but I also own ORCL and AAPL. I am more likely to buy more of the second two, less of the first. Call it a hunch...I don't think MSFT's valuations will continue to hold up.

Michelle,

Would you be a buyer of ORCL at these levels? If not, what are your main issues, and what would you look for to justify buying (either event-based or price level or both)?
