If Neiberg expects future spin-offs of Newbridge affiliates through IPOs over the next year, it's because he must have heard it from Lutz in his interview with him.

It's no secret Cambrian and ACC are going to be spun off. Both CEOs have said the same in recent conversations.

Post #5229 stated that IPO Sales could be in the works since TDM revenue was running down.

It seems that the COO has also come to the same conclusion and may have passed that on to the Analyst. They can raise a lot of cash if NN plays their hand well.

To start off the sale must be made when NN is at a high. Then the new
Affiliate shoud have super growth for 3 Q's. A minimum amount of shares say 5M should be floated and 90% pre-sold prior trading.Limiting the meal is a sure way to activate shark frenzy.

As small Investors we can only afford to watch.!
