That is going to be hard to do... Mark is aware of the release and he is consulting outside SEC counsel today from what I can understand but I have not been able to verify this. ... Also the stop transfer cannot be lifted presently by the transfer agent because the board of Midland is in question this I have verified because I wanted to make sure those stop transfer are not getting lifted. Now that means someone has to come back to the US and make court appearance or settle out of court. Ihave talked to numerous agencies and awaiting the last one now to call me back. This appears to be a legal matter which is being pursued by Midland . As things develop I will continue to post what I know and can verify. I am also trying to keep the board straight and its information. I am known by the agencies I have talked to that are familiar with Ga Bard on line. So like I told you I am being monitored with every post which is what I truly expect. As things I verify come to me I will post them. Simple as that ... and I stand behind my posts.
