Dear Nanda,

I even bought some EGNS today. Can't perform any worse than the past month of other Y2K's. Glad to see some rebounding. Who knows, with the odd behavior of some lately, maybe EGNS will go to the MOON!

I remain,

SOROS

Nanda: I sold half my tava too. I can't stand seeing all these other stocks moving while tava goes down. I bought more synt and mast.

MARKET MOMENTUM COMMENTS
The market showed significant enough strength to trigger a reentry signal by the principal market timer I follow. On the other hand the Worden Brothers Analyst cautioned not to get carried away by a belief that Tech stocks are leading the way as the name technology stocks that have lead the market in the past do not have strong charts. The real leadership is generally associated with retail stocks.I was disappointed that despite reasonable breadth yesterday strength in Y2K stocks was spotty.
