[CYMI, etc.]

I was going to post this private but others may be interested:

Grettings from an X-Amatian. I guess that thread is done. I noticed that you have been posting mostly to NN and CYMI. I have a piece of CYMI. I know someone that said TI is buying a bunch of those lasers this year. Have you abandoned pure play ADSL in favor of TXN?? I do not love the pickings but the XDSL pie will probably be pretty big! I have some WSTL, PAIR, and ORCTF at decent prices considering recent free fall. Also, since you are interested in CYMI, you might also be interested in the software that is needed at the manufacturing facilities to support the chip levels that CYMI makes possible (300 mm is the buzz word from AMR alerts). Evidently, there are several companies that lead this market - MES software. FASTech (not public yet. Darn!), Consilium (I have some. Lightly traded), Promis (Toronto exchange. I want some but can't buy it. They might be on Nasdaq soon), IBM, and TXN. I am wet behind the ears in this area. Your contributions on all SI threads are always appreciated and valued. If you aren't familar with AMR alerts, reply back and I can paraphrase some info. I don't think I can paste the articles because we have to buy them.
