AV--CMGI and PAIR both were taken advantage of. You know my feelings on PAIR from previous discussions. This was a very good average down for me since my most expensive shares were $21 (a small part now). From in the RED, I went to a fantastic positive. IF it is any consolation, I think the takeover rumors are very well justified and look to be closer to a reality than most of the ones I have heard about. BTW-How did everyone like the ATT/TCI announcement today. Looks like we have a chance to buy some cheap ATT shares<GGG>. I am awaiting a nice bottom and may very well take this opportunity to add to this position. Andrew
